While developing its unique products, the firm designs investment processes that facilitate the management of its vehicles. These processes are, at times, facilitated by quantitative and qualitative models that the firm uses, develops internally and makes available to its institutional clients. Some of these models are described below:

Benchmark Maintenance System®
– developed internally to assist with fixed income portfolio rebalancing activities. The underlying quantitative analysis provides insight into how best to take risk against neutral positions defined as Benchmark portfolios;
(b)
Risk Profiler®
– developed internally primarily to help in the construction of fund-of-funds portfolios. Was developed to provide insight into intrinsic risks of funds selected to be part of fund-of-funds products;
(c)
Portfolio Optimizer
– assists the firm with fund-of-funds portfolio
construction. The model helps the firm create stable
risk return profiles that are in turn the core
of our multi-fund, multi-strategy products.
Patents
As a result of its focus on
innovative product
development, GRAVITAS
uses patents to secure its intellectual property
rights. All patented product concepts are the
property of GRAVITAS Capital Advisors, LLC. The
firm reserves the right to legally pursue and/or
seek damages from any overt and predatory infringement of its
intellectual property rights.
