As CEO, Mr. Guichard advises global and sovereign
institutional assets. He runs the Sovereign Solutions
Practice which includes innovative macro solutions such as the
Sovereign Debt Redemption Fund Ltd and the Pension Support Fund
Ltd. Mr. Guichard received a 2009 Risk Innovator Award for
Finance from Risk & Insurance Magazine.
Mr. Eric-Vincent Guichard is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GRAVITAS Capital Advisors, Inc. Mr. Guichard advises global and sovereign institutional assets. He runs the Sovereign Solutions Practice which includes innovative macro solutions such as the Sovereign Debt Redemption Fund Ltd and the Pension Support Fund Ltd. In addition, Mr. Guichard has initiated and manages innovative Absolute Return Products such as the Tactical Allocation Fund LLC. He received a 2009 Risk Innovator Award for Finance from Risk & Insurance Magazine.
Prior to GRAVITAS Capital, Mr. Guichard was Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at the World Bank Treasury Department where he also served as technical adviser to sovereign and multilateral institutions worldwide. Mr. Guichard is a graduate of the University of Dakar Senegal, of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and of the Harvard Business School where he earned his MBA (World Bank Scholar and Harvard Fellowship award).

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Alleyne manages the firm's SEC compliance processes and fund performance reporting operations. He works closely with Mr. Guichard in investment data gathering, developing quantitative models and client interfacing.

Prior to joining GRAVITAS, Mr. Alleyne was a Senior Consultant at the international consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, in Washington, DC where he conducted extensive financial management analyses and financial modeling for government clients. Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Alleyne worked at IBM Business Consulting Services where he was Team Lead and Consultant working directly with the Army Chief Financial Officer at the US Department of Defense - Pentagon. Prior to IBM, Mr. Alleyne worked at Accenture as a Financial Analyst designing and coordinating financial management tools and reporting structures for private industry clients in the Communications and High Technology sector.
Mr. Alleyne attended an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program in Strategic Financial Analysis for Business Evaluation. Mr. Alleyne is a graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a bachelor's degree in finance and he is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Management Information Systems at The George Washington University School of Business.

Kathleen Black is Senior Marketing Adviser for Europe, the Middle East and Africa in the London Office.
She is responsible for new relationships and client interface for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Ms. Black is a graduate of the University of California Irvine with
a diversified background in commercial property development and the
entertainment industry.

Ms. Black has consulted with the firm since 2005 on investment projects in London, UK and Africa.
She has lived in Europe since 2001 and now resides in London where she works with clients on bespoke projects primarily in real estate,
client relations and capital markets. Ms. Black is responsible for new relationships and client interface for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
Ms. Black is a graduate of the University of California Irvine earning honors in English and History.
Ms. Black has been a California Licensed Broker since 1994. With a diversified background in commercial property development,
Ms. Black managed over one million square feet of retail space and worked with national brand tenants in San Diego, CA.
Ms. Black worked in the entertainment industry for five years for SONY Pictures Entertainment.
As the International Sales Director, her responsibilities entailed managing all aspects of electronic equipment needed for the film making process.
Ms. Black developed a business platform for SONY that optimized a cross division sales and resulted in growing the business
from five to forty-five million per annum.

CONSULTANTS
Mr. Zhang is responsible for quantitative research related to
asset management (benchmark design, structured finance and
financial engineering). He works closely with Mr. Guichard in translating Client requirements into extensive
testing models that are the basis of GRAVITAS proposed
solutions. Mr. Zhang is a graduate of Maryland University where
he earned a Masters in Finance and has completed a Ph.D. in
Applied Finance.
Ms. Mitchell provides
GRAVITAS with systems development and support. Her experience
has provided her with a combination of in-depth knowledge of
information systems and a deep understanding of business
practices including the financial services. She has been
developing information systems since 1986 and has an MBA from
the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business,
where she concentrated in Finance and Information Systems.
Her experience in systems
design and development includes work as an independent contractor
for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and as General Manager of Leyton
Microcomputer Services. She has worked in a number of
industries, including finance and telecommunications. Ms.
Mitchell is also a Microsoft Certified Visual Basic Developer.

ADMINISTRATION:
As Director of Administration, Ms.
Laurencin is responsible for internal administration, budget and
finance activities. Her work experience includes three years as
Community Banking Officer within the retail banking division at
PNC Bank. Ms. Laurencin earned a BSBA in business administration
from Duquesne University and an MBA, with Honors, from
Georgetown University School of Business.
